What’s Required
We’ll provide all of your digital customized promotional materials along with some ideas on how best to promote your event.
We’ll have several meetings in advance of your event to help ensure success and be sure all of the logistical needs are met.
On the day of, we’ll show up with the truck and all of the street signage. We’ll meet with your volunteers for a short training session and then the fun begins!

Working with Bikes for Orphans is one of the most satisfying mission events our church has ever done. Here’s the secret – they do all the hard stuff! We publicized to the best of our ability and then we just smiled and waved as people from all over the community brought bikes for this worthy cause.
